Perched on an expansive 100-acre plot of land, Sowell Farms boasts a breathtaking vista of 100-year-old trees and picturesque sunsets, rendering it an idyllic backdrop for your grand celebration. Rain or shine, we cater to all your needs and offer multiple ceremony locations for you to choose from.

Can we access the barn for setup before the wedding?

We offer early decoration for a nominal fee if the day before your wedding is unbooked.

What is the alcohol policy?

Sowell Farms does not possess a liquor license, and it is the renter's responsibility to provide alcohol. A Sowell Farms bartender must be hired for all events where alcohol is present.

What makes you unique?

When you book with Sowell Farms, you become a part of the family, and we will support you throughout the planning journey to ensure that your day runs seamlessly. Additionally, our furry family members, including zebras, camels, and kangaroos, will be present to add a touch of whimsy and magic to your special day.

How many guests can you accommodate?

Our barn can comfortably host up to 275 guests.

Can the bridal party prepare at Sowell Farms?

Yes. Our bride and groom suites are equipped with washrooms, climate control, tables, chairs, and even a pool table!

Do you have a kitchen?

Yes. We have a preparation room that includes large sinks, commercial refrigerators, and food warmers.

Is heating and air conditioning available?

Yes, all our indoor spaces are fully insulated and equipped with heating and cooling systems.

What are the rental hours?

Our facilities are available from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm.

How do I reserve my date?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Is wedding insurance mandatory?

Yes, we require event liability insurance, which can be obtained here.

Is there a space for outdoor bonfires?

Absolutely! Our stone firepit area, conveniently located next to the barn, is available for use. We also offer fire attendants for hire and firewood for purchase.

What if there's a power outage?

Our facilities are fitted with backup generators, ensuring a seamless event experience.

Do you offer in-house catering?
